Great West Division / Western Region

The Great West Division is on a mission to have each person registered online obtain at least one online credit card donation so there are no zeroes on our websites. We realize that you may have concentrated your efforts on offline fundraising, but why not go after that one additional donation that can make you an online fundraiser. With just $20 dollars you could be a hero and not leave a zero online.

By June 6, 2014, we want to have all zeroes eliminated from the websites and the participant who raises the most money online from May 16 to June 6, 2014 will win a MP3 Multi Media Player 512 MB. So take action today, send an email to follow up with those that might not have donated yet or ask for support in your Relay For Life event website a group of heroes with no zeroes!

Log in to your Participant Center today and eliminate those zeroes!

All your efforts are much appreciated and will truly make a difference. In 2014, over 1.4 million Americans will hear the words "You have cancer."  But with new therapies, new cancer fighting drugs, and improved early detection efforts, more people are surviving than ever before.  With your support, we will continue to fund this fight until it is won, so that we no longer have to lose loved ones to this terrible disease.

Thanks again for all your support! If you need assistance working with the website please contact your Online Chair or American Cancer Society Staff Partner.

2013 National & Great West Division Relay For Life Awards

Recognition isn't just a "good thing to do." It's a critical component in how we acknowledge, value, and thank volunteers for their time and commitment to making a difference, and to finishing the fight. While no award can adequately recognize all that Relay volunteers achieve in their efforts to eliminate cancer, the Society offers the Nationwide Awards and Recognition program as a tribute to some of its' most outstanding participants, teams, and events. These winners represent the very essence of what it means to be a Relay For Life volunteer and a community that takes up the fight! Click here to see the winners!

2014 GRAND ($1,000) CLUB

The Grand Club is an individual recognition program for those who raise at least $1,000 each Relay season.

How do I begin?

  1. Start fundraising immediately. Be sure to reach out to everyone you know. Help them understand the importance of the American Cancer Society and how we are saving lives!
  2. Once you have raised $1,000...
  3. Continue fundraising and creating healthy competition with your team mates. Encourage each other to reach more!
